    Can the AI say something wrong?+

    The assistant speaks only from what you entered: your price list, opening hours and FAQs. Asked something it does not know, it does not invent an answer — it says it will check and hands the conversation to you. A price that is not on your list is blocked automatically before it can be sent.

    Do I need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram?+

    No. An Instagram professional account (business or creator) is enough. If you also have a Facebook Page, Messenger and Page comments connect at the same time.

    Where are my customers' messages stored?+

    On our servers in Frankfurt, encrypted. Access tokens are protected with AES-256-GCM. Message content is deleted after 12 months; if you close your account every connection is revoked immediately and all data is erased within 30 days.

    Can I take over a conversation?+

    Yes. The moment you reply from the panel the assistant goes quiet in that thread and stays out of it. You can also stop the assistant entirely with one click.

    Is there any cost beyond the monthly price?+

    No. Hosting, maintenance and AI usage are included, with 1,000 replies per month. When the quota runs out there is no surprise bill: conversations keep arriving in your inbox and are handed to you.
